The founders are the children of traditional families. In order to make a living, they left their hometown to work hard in Chiayi. From the beginning, they worked hard for their own lives, starting from a small noodle stall with the soil land, canvas roof, hibiscus dwarf fence and selling a bowl of 10 $NTD soup noodles on Qiming Road next to Chiayi Park. Now their son and daughter-in-law take over the baton to inherit this traditional delicious food, insist on the same good taste, preserving the same authentic flavor that brings back fond memories. Founded in 1980, our restaurant was originally located on Qiming Road next to Chiayi Park. Inherited from our father and mother, we keep the original taste of the ingredients. It combines simple and ordinary ingredients (exclusive soy sauce, white vinegar sauce, sesame paste) with Chiayi’s unique wide flat noodles and shredded cucumbers into a smooth good taste that customers love today.












The White Vinegar Sauce Cold Noodles made from fermented old noodle dough have two types: wide flat noodles and round noodles. They would be served with hand-brewed soy sauce as the base, and fragrant white vinegar sauce and sesame paste on the top of the noodles.You can stir briefly to taste the original flavor. And, then add minced garlic paste and taste again. At last, add homemade chili oil and you will find the flavor of homemade chili oil instantly takes it to a higher level. Then you can enjoy a plurality of tastes with this noodle.

The shop's meat soup is a traditional lean meat soup. It is made by seasoned slurried pork leg, added with Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. Flat fish is used as the soup base to enhance the flavor. The solid and chewy lean meat with thickening eggdrop soup is so delicious. However, if you topped with a little black vinegar and sesame oil, it will make the taste even better.
